Carol A. Williams served on the Rancho Cucamonga, California BOSS Team for two years. She is now a Certified Coach, Trainer, Master Mind Speaker, Mentor and Transformational Leader with the John Maxwell Group. (

Carol demonstrates her ability to inspire and empower others with a steadfast boldness and determination in imparting the Word. Her teachings bring fresh insight into the Word through demonstration, bold wit and practical application and from personal life experiences. Carol has birthed a powerful ministry, WOMEN OF SUBSTANCE.

Carol serves and has served in various capacities in Ministry and Business. She has keen insight into Organizational Growth and the diverse Cultural change/differences that exist in organizational growth. Carol understands that as a believer, prayer is an essential, fundamental benefit. She believes when one is aware of the power of prayer, he/she can get desired results through prayer. She ministers prophetically in Word and as a psalmist.

Carol is an ordained Apostle; she is an Adjunct Professor and Advisory Committee Member in the School of Business and Applied Technology at Chaffey College; and she also serves as a Director on a local Credit Union board. She also a “Certified Health Minister” with HA Acres (, an organization that focuses on “a life-long journey of vibrant health”.

Carol is a Senior Accountant (in the Administrative Services Agency) for the City of Ontario, California. Administrative Services is a Public Service Agency that has a “Why” (we do what we do) to “Change Lives” and a “How” (we do it) by “Making A Difference” (MAD). This Agency strives to make a difference by “WOWing” its customers with “Ritz Carlton” style service. Its customers include the public/community (private and commercial), all the city departments and organizations that it serves. This Agency has gone totally “MAD” in “how we do government”. In fact, Carol, has been given a new MAD title and name plate: “The Professor of WOW”.

One of Carol’s most significant passions is to prepare college students and anyone she instructs to be “workforce and marketplace ready”. She is a cheerleader, encourager, and she is instrumental and influential in garnering and steering others to “align” with their purpose to fulfill their Divine destiny and assignments, and to “Make A Difference” in the worlds they serve.
